Nigerian singer, Zeez ordered to refund N23 million to his record label
The singer was sued in September 2015 by HF Music for breach of contract.
The presiding judge, Honourable Justice B.A. Oke-Lawal (Mrs) in the case brought before the High Court of Lagos State, ordered that Zeez should refund the sum of N22,378,605.70 (Twenty-Two Million, Three Hundred and Seventy-Eight Thousand, Six Hundred and Five Naira and Seventy Kobo) being the total amount spent by HF Music on his career until the point when the contract was breached by him.
Efforts to get comments from Zeez didn’t yield any result as he didn’t respond to our messages or answer calls either.
He however posted a birthday shout-out to his friend on Instagram a few hours ago and hasn’t made comments about the new injunction on any of his social media accounts.
The last time Zeez released any new music was February 10, 2015 when he dropped the video for ‘Madam‘.
